`Donation`: Add support for sidecart

## Details

Currently the donation element doesn't support the sidecart view for the cart, because the Foxy JS doesn't detect the submission from within the element. Let's update the donation element to allow it to be detected for using the Sidecart if the store/page is configured for using it.
