If custodians vanish, smart contracts automatically preserve TL in locked state, no modification allowed, but continuity remains intact.

User identifying data is erased or transformed before hashing in full compliance with GDPR.
No private information appears in any anchor.
Trade secrets are protected through Ephemeral Key Rotation, which permits temporary verification and then self expires.
The ledger holds only the proof that the key existed at the correct moment and then disappeared.
TL does not permit governance bodies to add or remove pillars by vote.
Pillars are constitutional.
If an additional mandate is ever required, it must satisfy three conditions:
It must be universal, non ideological, and tied to evidentiary harm that cannot be mitigated by the existing framework.
Such an addition requires a global, multi institutional cryptographic amendment and cannot originate from a standard governance vote.
This preserves TL as a stable architecture rather than a shifting political instrument.
