Document Andaman #3
Description
Currently the only documentation for Andaman is within the Terra docs and the README. However these are not comprehensive. We should make a new devdocs section for Andaman, and all of its intricacies: autoupdate, andax, setting up on non-fedora, mock/rpmbuild, nested projects, etc...
