How is going with the -adsim simulation?

I have tried with the server, and it is great! Thank you very much!
I am trying to generate a 3D structure from a 2D microscope image of a ceramic. and for now I am using the server to make several simulated images and stack them together. However, the result is not very good for what i have tried.

I read though the documentation and found the -adsim function

which would be great if it can be used, so just wondering how is going with this function development and want just try the new features :-)

sorry for the delay.

So it works and doesn't work at the same time 😆, typical the structure looks good, at least if the structure slices make sense between them. But proportion can be problematic especially if the slices are conflicting with each other.

The simplest is that you drop me an email directly with some slice example and I will let you know if it's possible or not.

Thank you very much for replying. i was using one image with about 1000800 size. it takes time for running the generation in my laptop. you could resize to [:200, :200, 0] for example for test. and if you do the split based on the size of 200200 you would get e.g. 16 images with some edge connections (which might help ?) should i use the e mail address : research@mgravey.com ?

Smaller is faster, but my personal advice is not to cut, it's ok for testing parameters, but for final simulations you probably don't want this.
