The amount of time files not copying to HDD in the new versions and other random ordering changes for the options makes my head spin, transfering OPL files just doesnt seem to work on the latest versions but works fine on the older 1.9 version.

The code for transferring OPL resources hasn’t changed for a long time.
You just don’t understand how it works.
By default, the transfer partition and the __common partition are used. The +OPL partition is no longer useful. So, if you are transferring resources to OPL and it gets stuck, that means you have no more space left in the __common partition.
