Clean up: Remove test reports and unused MULTIPASS_PASSPHRASE

- Add test-reports/ to .gitignore (generated artifacts)
- Remove 17 test report files from git tracking
- Remove unused MULTIPASS_PASSPHRASE from .env.example
- Keep test-reports/ directory locally for development

These are generated test artifacts that should not be in version control.
