Text box sizing resets

Checking and unchecking the Max Height/Width parameters gives inaccurate overlays for the bounding box, and unhelpful defaults when reenabling.

I left this for later since it wasn't easy to get this working with the initial implementation due to how we treat data types in nodes. We'll keep the issue open and hopefully return to it when we're revamping our data type system. Note: this is not a good issue for new contributors to approach.
