Custom pivot in some cases has poor visibility

Gizmos that are put directly on objects that can change colors should be designed in a way that they are always visible.
Currently if the object has the same or very similar color as the custom pivot its impossible to tell where the pivot is located.

Here I set the path to have the fill in the exact color of the pivot gizmo:

One solution to this is to style the pivot as tracker marker:

Making it in two colour solved this problem but there will still exist edge cases. We should have something like if such case happens it should change the colour. Thoughts @Keavon ?

I currently cannot put time towards designing the appropriate solution for this, but I can return to it in the future.
