I had a few integration issues in my host app with the SecondWindow ContextMenuMode with TrayIcon.

1. Right-click of TrayIcon for context menu could result in a no-op
   2. Display of the Context Menu would sometimes only occur on 2nd right-click of Tray Icon
2. SecondWindow Context Menu could appear z-ordered behind the taskbar
   4. Context menu would appeared hidden behind the taskbar (see attached screenshot)
3. Host app integration and synchronization mechanism for specialized requirement was brittle
   6. I needed a robust mechanism integration and for synchronization of the context menu display with the host app

For transparency I wanted to update this issue with newly discovered information.

@HavenDV - please review these comments and determine your happy path.... 😉 You may or may not wish to roll these changes back. Let me explain.

I'm using OpenAI's Codex as production workflow tooling. It runs in a sandbox and oddly, my compiled host WinUI exe behaves differently when run under the sandbox context compared to my user desktop session context. It's really strange behaviour, but the 1st right-click no-op and the incorrect z-ordering of SecondWindow behind the taskbar, appear to be side-effects of running the app under Codex's sandbox context.

I only discovered this after a long dev-test cycle when running the build via Visual Studio and after PR #227 had already been accepted and merged to main. In other words, running H.NotifyIcon within a normal user desktop session context presents none of the issues as described in this issue nor fixed in the PR.

You could make a case that the changes are superfluous and should be removed, but you could equally make a case that the changes have hardened certain elements and they should be left in.

For my part, I will continue to use this amended version as it supports my current workflow, but I didn't think it was fair if I made that decision for you.
