Describe the bug

The waybar should change according to the theme but it doesn't happen. I have tried to do it with various themes but it doesn't seem to work. The waybar is constant and just changes the color according to the theme, the design changes do not apply.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download a new theme
2. Apply it and check waybar

Expected Behavior

The waybar design must have changed with change in themes.

themes can only ship css.

But themers do not know yet that they can modify the css for waybar
