[Feature Request] Colouring for SF Symbols

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Support for SF Symbols has been added in version 3.0.0, which is great! But looks like we don't have ability to set colour for the symbols:

Enable support for colouring of SF Symbols, similar to https://github.com/swiftDialog/swiftDialog/wiki/Customising-the-Icon#using-sf-symbols
