Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Contributor") and the project owner ("Licensor") for contributions to the Ibrahim-3d/three-lightmap-baker repository ("Project").

By signing this Agreement, you agree to the following terms:

1. Definitions

  • "Contribution" means any code, documentation, or other material you submit to the Project.
  • "You" / "Contributor" means the individual signing this Agreement.
  • "Licensor" means the Project owner.

2. Copyright license

You grant to Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions. This includes the right to relicense your Contributions under any license terms, including proprietary or closed-source licenses.

3. Patent license

You grant to Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions alone or by combination of your Contributions with the Project.

4. Representations

You represent that:

  1. You are legally entitled to grant the licenses above.
  2. Each Contribution is your original work or you have the right to submit it.
  3. Your Contributions do not knowingly infringe any third-party rights.

5. No obligation

This Agreement does not require Licensor to use your Contribution. Licensor may accept or reject any Contribution for any reason.

6. Acceptance

You accept this Agreement by signing it via the Project's CLA signing process (CLA Assistant) or by otherwise indicating your agreement in the manner specified by the Project.
