Newsletter sign-up on the website

I might be missing it, but I can't find an obvious signup for the newsletter on the website. This might be on hold until we sort out the details with the Liverpool platform, but I thought I'd add it here so that we don't forget to update the website.

It's a widget at the bottom of the landing page - I'll ask Arturo if he can make it more obvious/have it in multiple places?
