Archive individual emissions in the AGR sector

Hi I am new to CEDS, I see that the AGR sector is the sum of the emissions from manure management, rice cultivation and live stock, how can I modify the code so that I can individually archive these three emissions? Thank you!

Thanks. Do you have the spatially gridded (nc files) methane emissions for each individual emission (manure, rice, etc as mentioned above) in the AGR sector for preindustrial? I couldn't find it in CMIP6 database.

No, we don't produce gridded emissions separately at this level.

Note that the proxy data we use for these sectors (from EDGAR , does have separate grids data for these sectors. So you could use those data.

Is it possible to use CEDS to produce the gridded emissions separately, with some modification to the code? I would love to generate those emissions myself using CEDS if doable.

yes, absolutely. You just need to purchase a license for the IEA energy statistics to run the system though.

No code changes would likely be necessary, just changing some mapping files and running the gridding system a few times.
