Add test for parseFieldAndModifiers #718
Description
There should be test cases for org.jabref.logic.citationkeypattern.BracketedPattern#parseFieldAndModifiers.
Reason: It is not directly clear what this function does - and tests would "document" it.
Background: Risen by JabRef#13295
