Error output is unreadable when using a dark theme in Jupyterlab

FYI, In case IJulia developers want to take steps on your side and not wait for a fix on the Jupyterlab side.

With "Jupyterlab Dark":

Linked issue discusses workarounds:

1. Inject custom css in jupyterlab, or
2. Edit the kernel spec JSON file created by IJulia, and disable --color=yes

I imagine this is caused on our side by #1161. I'd be open to a PR to make that configurable.

I don't think that's necessary, It looks to me like an oversight on Jupyterlab's side. The color values for ANSI color codes are hardcoded there, and unaffected/uncontrollable by the active theme, even though the color schemes for both have to get along. As you see in the screenshots above, the theme can change the bg color, but the (ANSI) text color remains fixed. That's not workable.
