Use NLPModelsTest.consistent_nlps with OptimizationProblems

We can improve tests by using the ADModels of hs5 and hs6 defined in OptimizationProblems and compare them with consistent_nlps from NLPModelsTest.

Ok, but would that be testing the ManualNLPModel ?

So, what you suggest would be a new test verifying that those three versions of hs5/6 match the one in OptimizationProblems ?
