Windows 10 Home bluethoot connection

Hi JuniorJacki,

I am having issues when trying to connect to the hub using windows. I can connect using the Lego app but it won´t work when trying to connect stright from Windows. Is there any good advice from your own experience regarding this issue? I hace tried many different ways shown in the internet but no one worked out.

I am developing the controller for the ForceSensor but I have no way to test it out.

First, a few questions to reproduce your issue:

• Which Lego Hub are you using? (e.g., SPIKE Prime / Robot Inventor Hub 51515?)
• On which device are you successfully using the Lego app? (Phone/Tablet, iOS/Android)
• Which connection method do you use to connect to the hub via Windows? Bluetooth or cable?

I have a SPIKE Prime Hub.

I am using the lego app (and it connects perfectly using Bluetooth using the app) in the same windows 10 laptop I am trying to connect with its Bluetooth manager (but it won´t connect).
