"Use Threshold" configuration entity no longer available

Looks like the "Use Threshold" configuration entity disappeared with the v2.10 release. No longer shown via the web interface:

And also missing from HA:

Running ESPHome version 2025.8.3 on HA 2025.8.3.

Are you using a yaml config that you compile yourself or the precompiled binary? For the yaml version, I had to remove a bunch of settings to save space. You can add everything back in by using the below package line instead of the one you currently have.

packages:
  kauf.plf12: github://KaufHA/PLF12/config/kauf-plf12-plus.yaml

Alternatively, you can set the threshold using the sub_threshold substitution.

To answer your question, I'm just running the out-of-the-box yaml config:
packages: Kauf.PLF12: github://KaufHA/PLF12/kauf-plf12.yaml

Adding sub_threshold to the config did the trick and I'm back in business.
