Document that portal-vue can be replaced in certain cases by Teleport if using vue 3

Just like in the old discussions about adding vue 3 support #300 (comment) should we disclaim in the docs of the repository that if using vue 3 and only wanting to render content into a DOM node then it's enough to jus use Teleport API ?
