Bug: Generated header comment appear multiple times #7
Description
If you use TeaNapkin on a plugin with the header already included, it will appear again, which makes sense. This may be a minor problem because how often will you run napkin twice on the same file? I guess you won't intentionally do it but it's still possible. The current problem with #6 caused me to run napkin twice, thinking the .js file was not parsed when in fact it was, causing the .js file to have the header twice.
