cell-cell communication and imputation in cellNexusPy

Hi!

I am working on synchronizing cellNexusPy with the recent modifications to cellNexus, including the reviewers' comments on the paper.

I would like to ask about the cell-cell communication and impuation snippets. Since there are no examples in the repo's README, I cannot reproduce them in Python.

Could you please guide me in this regard? If you have a snippet with an example, I can compare it with my dev code and evaluate it. Otherwise, please let me know which functions in your code I should pay attention to and translate into Python.

Hi @jdhenaos , cell communication function is in https://github.com/MangiolaLaboratory/cellNexus/blob/master/R/metadata.R#L214-L258.

Users can retrieve the data by get_cell_communication_strength()
