Add parsers for references #67
Description
In #66, I suggest removing pybtex and our unimplemented reference parser.
We should probably allow the following:
- providing references directly as OPTIMADE JSON, and this should be tested
- automatically including the reference to the entry itself in the database (i.e., have an option to include a reference to every entry that points to either the paper or MCA)
