Hyprland 0.55: clicking on the workspace buttons no longer works

Before, when I clicked the workspace button, I could switch to it, but that no longer works in version 0.55.

No error is displayed in the cli.

Hyprland recently removed support for the legacy dispatch syntax and also changed how IPC executions are handled. This PR updates both, and it should fix the issue:
