Do not override annotations from .pls playlist

Good day!

I need to ensure that autocue script won't override liq_cue_in value from the track annotations in the .pls playlist.

E.g., if annotation is like below:

File1=annotate:title="Title",artist="Artist",album="Album",liq_cue_in="51.0":track.wav

liq_cue_in should be taken from it instead of autocue file configuration.

I have noticed in README that annotations value should override by default liq_cue_in setting in autocue, but there is a certain condition which I am not really understand.

Could you please clarify whether the above annotation is enough to override liq_cue_in set through autocue?
