Create and set up an official OpenShift project

Currently there is a "playground" OpenShift project for BIBRA in the test cluster.

For the long run, we should request an official OpenShift project for BIBRA for both test and prod clusters, see instructions: https://workgroups.helsinki.fi/spaces/KKOC/pages/497045736/Ordering+a+project

I sent an email to support services asking to create the project.

Support services responded that I can order the project by myself via an online form.

However, I dont know what to write to the required fiels of the form, for which Xwiki has these instructions:

Person in charge
Must have a contractual relation with the University.
Project owner
Must have a contractual relation with the University. Can be the same or a different person from “person in charge”
Technical contacts

Also I the WBS to put in the form is unknown to me.

The project is created, now it remains to install and configure BIBRA on it.
