Watch changes with Jump

I have installed fresh application and using Jump to test in my android device. I am using Inertia with Vue.

One issue I am facing is that when I do change in Vue component it's not reflecting in application.

Also I have tried to run npm run dev command, but with that command it shows the white page with component meta info instead of actual page.

Is there anything I have to setup to auto refresh code changes?
