NFC temperature reader for VivoKey Thermo implants (ISO15693 via NTAG5Link + TMP112/117 I2C passthrough). Features:

• Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin display
• Continuous scanning with auto-restart
• Multi-Thermo support with UID-based tracking
• Scan history log with timestamps and min/max stats
• Graph view with Bezier curve interpolation and comparison mode
• Per-UID CSV export to SD card
