END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) NEXUS QUANTUM TECH  Product: Nexus Quantum Rust Platform This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the User (“User”) and Nexus Quantum Tech as the technology owner and copyright holder of the software branded Nexus Quantum Rust (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using this Software, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, the installation and use of the Software must be discontinued immediately. ARTICLE 1 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS  All copyrights, patents, trade secrets, algorithms, source code, object code, analytic engines, AI models, system designs, documentation, and all components of the Software are the exclusive property of Nexus Quantum Tech. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights to the User regarding the Software, but only a limited right of use.

ARTICLE 2 – LICENSE GRANT  Nexus Quantum Tech grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Software according to the number of licenses granted. This license is not a sale of the product.

ARTICLE 3 – INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION RESTRICTIONS The Software may only be installed according to the number of valid licenses. The Software may utilize protection mechanisms such as: • License activation, • Machine fingerprinting, • Hardware binding, • License keys, • Online validation, • Or other protection mechanisms. Installation beyond the number of valid licenses is considered a violation.

ARTICLE 4 – PROHIBITION ON PIRACY AND MODIFICATION  The User is prohibited from: • Duplicating the Software, • Distributing the installer, • Reselling the Software, • Performing reverse engineering, • Performing decompilation, • Modifying the Software, • Removing license protections, • Creating derivative versions without permission.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT TO AUDIT USAGE  Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to audit Software usage to ensure license compliance. Audits may be conducted through license validation, usage reports, or other technical mechanisms. The User is required to cooperate in the audit process.

ARTICLE 6 – TELEMETRY AND SYSTEM VALIDATION  The Software may transmit limited technical data for license validation, including: • License status, • Device identification, • Number of installations, • Software version, • Technical error data. The User's business operational data will not be transmitted without permission.

ARTICLE 7 – USER OBLIGATIONS  The User is obliged to: • Use the Software lawfully, • Maintain the confidentiality of the license, • Not misuse the Software, • Comply with Nexus Quantum Tech's provisions.

ARTICLE 8 – VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES  In the event of a license violation, Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to: • Deactivate the license, • Terminate usage, • Block activation, • Claim damages, • Take legal action.

ARTICLE 9 – SOFTWARE UPDATES  The Software may receive automatic or manual updates for security improvements, features, and system stability.

ARTICLE 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  The Software is provided on an “AS IS” basis. Nexus Quantum Tech is not liable for business losses, data loss, or operational disruptions resulting from the use of the Software. The User is responsible for performing data backups.

ARTICLE 11 – TERMINATION OF LICENSE  The license may be terminated if a violation occurs or if the license expires. The User must cease use and remove the Software upon termination.

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW  This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

ARTICLE 13 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Nexus Quantum Tech regarding the use of the Software.

ARTICLE 14 – PROHIBITION ON UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVISION AND SALES 1. The Software is licensed solely for the User's internal use. 2. The User is prohibited from using the Software to provide services to third parties, including but not limited to: ◦ SaaS services, ◦ Analytic services, ◦ Data processing services, ◦ Cloud services, ◦ Managed services, ◦ Outsourcing, ◦ System-based consulting, ◦ Or other digital services. 3. The User is prohibited from selling or commercializing services or solutions built upon the Software without the written approval of Nexus Quantum Tech. 4. Users wishing to provide services based on the Software must obtain a commercial license or an official partnership agreement. 5. Violation of this article constitutes a material breach granting Nexus Quantum Tech the right to terminate the license and claim damages.

ARTICLE 15 – PROHIBITION ON LICENSE SHARING 1. Each Software license is granted specifically to the registered entity or device and may not be shared with other parties without the written permission of Nexus Quantum Tech. 2. The User is prohibited from: a. Sharing license keys with other parties; b. Using a single license for multiple devices, servers, or locations outside the license terms; c. Using a license concurrently on multiple systems without additional license rights; d. Transferring the license to another party without the written approval of Nexus Quantum Tech. 3. Shared, alternating, or concealed use of licenses intended to avoid purchasing additional licenses is considered a material breach of this agreement. 4. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to deactivate licenses detected as being used unauthorizedly.

ARTICLE 16 – PROHIBITION ON ACTIVATION BYPASS 1. The User is prohibited from taking any action intended to avoid, disable, or bypass Software license protection mechanisms. 2. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: a. Using cracks, patches, or license generators; b. Modifying system files or program code; c. Manipulating device or server identity; d. Using emulators or other technical methods to evade license validation; e. Removing or disabling verification mechanisms. 3. Any bypass attempt is considered a serious violation of Nexus Quantum Tech's intellectual property rights. 4. In the event a violation is detected, Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to: ◦ Deactivate the Software, ◦ Revoke the license, ◦ Terminate technical support, ◦ And/or take legal action.

ARTICLE 17 – AUTOMATED AUDIT AND VALIDATION 1. The Software may perform automatic verification and usage audits to ensure license compliance. 2. Automated audits may include: a. Verification of installation count; b. Verification of device or server identity; c. Validation of active licenses; d. Inspection of module or feature usage; e. Detection of unauthorized usage. 3. Audits are conducted strictly for license compliance and are not intended to retrieve the User's operational or business data. 4. The User hereby agrees to the automated audit mechanism as part of Software usage. 5. If an audit detects a license violation, Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to restrict, deactivate, or terminate the license.

ARTICLE 18 – PROHIBITION ON DISASSEMBLY, ANALYSIS, AND CODE REWRITING 1. The User is prohibited from disassembling, analyzing, or disclosing the internal structure of the Software, whether directly or indirectly. 2. Such prohibitions include, but are not limited to: a. Reverse engineering; b. Decompilation; c. Disassembly; d. Program structure analysis; e. Algorithm analysis; f. System architecture analysis; g. Data processing flow analysis; h. Artificial intelligence model or analytic engine analysis. 3. The User is prohibited from creating, developing, or assisting others in creating other software that has substantially the same functions, structure, workflow, algorithms, or architecture as the Software, whether based on direct disassembly or usage analysis. 4. The User is also prohibited from using the Software as a reference to create competing products or derivative products without the written approval of Nexus Quantum Tech. 5. Every algorithm, data processing method, optimization technique, and architectural design contained in the Software is considered a trade secret of Nexus Quantum Tech. 6. Violation of this article grants Nexus Quantum Tech the right to: ◦ Terminate the license, ◦ Deactivate Software access, ◦ Claim damages, ◦ Take legal action for copyright and trade secret infringement.

ARTICLE 19 – PROTECTION OF AI AND ANALYTICS ENGINE 1. All artificial intelligence technology, analytic engines, machine learning models, predictive models, data processing algorithms, optimization methods, and analytic mechanisms contained in the Software are the intellectual property and trade secrets of Nexus Quantum Tech. 2. The User is prohibited from taking actions intended to: a. Capture, copy, or extract AI models or analytic models; b. Study or reconstruct the working of the analytic engine through output analysis or system behavior; c. Use Software output to build or train other analytic systems or artificial intelligence with similar functions; d. Develop competing models or systems based on Software processing results; e. Use the Software to gain technical knowledge to build systems that mimic or replace the Software's functions. 3. Outputs, analysis results, or data processing results generated by the Software may not be used to build competing products or alternative analytic systems without written permission from Nexus Quantum Tech. 4. The User is prohibited from extracting data, models, parameters, or processing patterns used by the Software for commercial purposes or the development of other systems. 5. Any attempt to imitate, replicate, or rebuild the Software's analytic engine or artificial intelligence is considered a violation of Nexus Quantum Tech's intellectual property rights and trade secrets. 6. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to take legal action, terminate the license, and claim damages in the event of a violation of this article.

ARTICLE 20 – RESTRICTIONS ON OUTPUT USAGE AND COMPETITOR MODEL PROTECTION 1. The User is prohibited from using outputs, analytic results, processed data, or prediction results generated by the Software to train, develop, improve, or test artificial intelligence systems, analytic models, or other automated systems belonging to the User or third parties without the written approval of Nexus Quantum Tech. 2. Software output may not be used as a dataset, model reference, or training material for systems that have similar functions or compete with the Software. 3. The User is prohibited from using the Software for benchmarking, comparative testing, or performance evaluation aimed at promoting, developing, or improving competing products without the written approval of Nexus Quantum Tech. 4. The User is prohibited from using the Software as a technical reference to develop competing analytic models or systems. 5. Any use of the Software for the development of competitor models is considered a material breach of this license agreement.

ARTICLE 21 – RIGHT TO INSPECT ALGORITHM AND SYSTEM MODULE USAGE 1. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to check or inspect the usage of modules, algorithms, and main functions of the Software to ensure usage is in accordance with the license. 2. Inspections may be carried out through automatic technical mechanisms or reasonable audit procedures without accessing the User's sensitive business data. 3. The User is required to provide necessary cooperation regarding license compliance inspections if formally requested.

ARTICLE 22 – RIGHT TO REMOTE RESTRICTION OR DEACTIVATION 1. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to restrict functions, deactivate licenses, or terminate Software access remotely if the following are detected: a. Usage without a valid license; b. Illegal piracy or duplication; c. Bypassing of activation mechanisms; d. Usage for purposes violating this agreement; or e. Other material violations. 2. Restriction or deactivation actions are taken solely to protect intellectual property rights and license compliance. 3. Nexus Quantum Tech is not liable for losses arising from deactivation actions taken based on license violations by the User.

ARTICLE 23 – PROHIBITION ON DEVELOPING COMPETITOR MODELS OR PRODUCTS 1. The User is prohibited from using the Software as a basis, reference, or means to develop products, systems, or services that compete directly or indirectly with the Software. 2. The User is prohibited from using operational experience, system output, or technical analysis obtained from using the Software to build competing products. 3. This provision remains in effect even after the Software usage license has expired. 4. Violation of this article grants Nexus Quantum Tech the right to take legal action and claim damages.

ARTICLE 24 – AUTOMATIC PENALTIES FOR LICENSE VIOLATIONS 1. Any use of the Software without a valid license or exceeding the number of licenses granted is considered a material breach of this agreement. 2. For each license violation, the User is required to pay Nexus Quantum Tech a license penalty calculated based on the official license value applicable at the time the violation is discovered. 3. Such penalty does not waive the User's obligation to purchase official licenses for the Software usage that has occurred. 4. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to bill penalties and take additional legal action if necessary.

ARTICLE 25 – CALCULATION OF DAMAGES FOR ILLEGAL INSTALLATIONS 1. Each installation of the Software that does not have a valid license is considered a separate violation. 2. Damages are calculated based on the number of illegal installations discovered multiplied by the official license price per installation, plus audit costs and license compliance enforcement costs. 3. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to use technical audit results as the basis for calculating violations. 4. The User is required to immediately remove illegal installations or purchase official licenses for every detected installation.

ARTICLE 26 – RIGHT OF ACTION AGAINST INFRASTRUCTURE USED FOR PIRACY 1. If the Software is used illegally on specific servers, infrastructure, or computing systems, Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations against the responsible party. 2. Nexus Quantum Tech may cooperate with infrastructure service providers, data center providers, or cloud service providers to stop the illegal use of the Software. 3. This provision is implemented according to applicable law and is not intended to take over ownership of the User's infrastructure, but to stop the illegal use of the Software.

ARTICLE 27 – PROTECTION OF CLOUD DEPLOYMENT AND VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENTS 1. Use of the Software in cloud environments, virtual machines, containers, or other virtual infrastructure remains subject to applicable license terms. 2. The User is prohibited from automatically duplicating Software instances in a cloud environment without valid additional licenses. 3. Each virtual instance, container, or computing node running the Software is counted as a separate license installation unless otherwise specified in the license agreement. 4. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to verify Software usage in cloud environments to ensure license compliance.

ARTICLE 28 – LICENSE CONTROL IN DATA CENTER AND LARGE-SCALE ENVIRONMENTS 1. Use of the Software in data centers, large-scale computing environments, or multi-server infrastructure must comply with applicable license terms. 2. Each server, computing node, or processing instance running the Software requires a valid license. 3. The User is prohibited from using load balancing, clustering, or system orchestration mechanisms to avoid license obligations. 4. Nexus Quantum Tech reserves the right to audit usage in data center environments to ensure license compliance.
