[Bug] It is not running

Describe the bug

Hello and thank you for this product. This is the first time the program is not starting. It happens since the update to the last version. I can't help more from my part because there is no error, nothing to say more about it. I double click it to Win10 and it doesn't even open, like I didn't run it at all.

Describe the expected result

I expect someone to give me some ways to try and run it.
