CORS error when using different BASE url

I am using Openrouter url as base url, and it gives CORS error.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://niek.github.io/chatgpt-web/ (in incognito)
2. Enter https://openrouter.ai/api/v1/ in API BASE URI field and save
