PlotSquared not loading Nukkit for 1.14

Description of the problem:
Sorry for my bad English. I have Nukkit 1.14 and I have the problem that PlotSquared does not appear in the console and does not load, PlotSquared is the most important part of my server, I changed something in the code namely api: ["1.0.0"] to api: ["1.0.9"] the plugin was loaded but the next problem is when I generate a world PlotSquared generates a normal world and not a plot world, so I got an older version of PlotSqaured and used it to generate a plot world and the world was generated correctly but the problem now was that I couldn't claim Plots. Please fix that!
