Does the ServerPushConfigurationClient lack a certificate group id for the methods ReadTrustListAsync and UpdateTrustListAsync?

As far as I understand, an application can any arbitrary certificate groups, which can have an arbitrary trust list right?
If so, does that mean that there are missing overloads of the methods ReadTrustListAsync and UpdateTrustListAsync, which accept any arbitrary certificate group NodeId?

@Tyrrx thank you for bringing this up, this is a gerneral lack of functionality in the ServerPushConfigurationClient. Please feel free to open an Issue pointing this out and also creating a PuillRequest to fix the Issue
