V2 Executions Pipeline Self-Host Telemetry: cluster shared drive

The V2 pipeline will make setting up a cluster shared drive mandatory for self-host customers running in HA mode. We suspect most customers already have one set up, but want to validate the impact to customers of changing this requirement by fetching telemetry to see what customers have configured.

This telemetry only returns a true/false value, not the actual path, for security reasons.
