minor bug - spout doesn't start sender feed automatically at startup #79

@Marsic1

Description

@Marsic1

Describe the bug
Upon obs startup, until the scene becomes active at least once, the Spout sender feed is not started

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create scene A, Scene B, add spout filter to scene B
  2. Select Scene A, feed works fine, close obs and open it again
  3. OBS opens up with scene A, there's no spout feed
  4. As soon as i click scene B feed becomes active and available, i can then move to any other scene, everything works correctly

Expected behavior
if spout filter is active on a scene (or a source) it should activate automatically upon obs startup and not wait until the scene/source becomes active at least once
