Aircraft.Design.THRUST_TAKEOFF_PER_ENG should be calculated by propulsion subsystem by default #1038

Desired capability or behavior.
Aircraft.Design.THRUST_TAKEOFF_PER_ENG is only used by height energy simplified takeoff.
It would be much better if the propulsion subsystem calculated this value by default and linked it through to the simple takeoff calculations.
Only experienced users doing a specific study would want to intentionally overwrite this with a value not sent from the propulsion subsystem.
