BWB Aircraft appear to have incorrect thrust_takeoff_per_engine values #1040

Desired capability or behavior.
The simple and detailed BWB aircraft models appear to have extremely low takeoff thrust.
These models will not calculate reasonable simple takeoff distances (and may fail altogether).
Thrust should definitely be greater than 0.25 lbf per engine at takeoff - that wouldn't blow a feather down the runway!
The original FLOPS input files are the culprit so this is not an Aviary error:
We should maybe update these files with more reasonable values so that simple takeoff works with these aircraft.
