The "Direction" label is missing for a Security Group rule #7439

Description
The label "Direction" is missing on the Security Groups Rule creation page.
To Reproduce
- Navigate to Security Groups
- Press the create button and give it a random name
- Go to Rules page
Expected behavior
For consistency and usability reasons the selection for traffic direction should be named as well.
