X-Ray Extensions and XP-Dev functionality support

To expand our scripting functionalities and increase compatibility with existing old mods (made before the sources became available) it's nice to support X-Ray Extensions and XP-Dev functionality

Important: we want to import clean functionality from X-Ray Extensions, but we don't want to support dirty hacks, which were made because there were no sources available. That is, we could, but we don't want to guarantee 100% compatibility with X-Ray extensions.
