Fast horizontal and vertical mirror

Currently, mirroring an image or selection requires going through the Effects menu and interacting with a dialog box. This is a slow workflow for a common transformation task. Additionally, it is counter-intuitive for transformation tools to be located under "Effects" rather than "Edit."

I would like to see "Mirror Horizontal" and "Mirror Vertical" added directly to the Edit menu. These actions should:

• Apply immediately to the active selection (or the entire layer if no selection exists) without opening a GUI or dialog box.
• Be bound to default shortcuts: Shift + H for Horizontal and Shift + V for Vertical.
