It would be useful for OG-USA to integrate with PolicyEngine-US.
This can be to find total federal marginal and effective tax rates (as in done in get_micro_data.py -- perhaps adding an option to choose Tax-Calculator or PolicyEngine).
But with PolicyEngine one could also find the state income tax rates.
Further, PolicyEngine can compute benefits programs, making it useful to compute the distribution of benefits by S, J, T under current law and counter factual policy in order to calibrate the $\eta$ matrix of the distribution of transfers.
