Wrong username still request 3 passwords

When entering the wrong username during login. The system still requires you to enter the password 2 more times (after the first one so in total 3 times) before letting you type a new username.

Steps

1. Setup Phoenix. (I'm going to skip over these steps)
2. Boot Phoenix.
3. When asked for 'login' type a non-existent user.
4. Type anything for the password
5. The system will say "Unknown user" and then continues to ask for a password 2 more times...

Expected result
After stating "Unknown user" the system should request a login instead of password.

Tested on CraftOS 1.9 on ComputerCraft 1.112.0 (CraftOS-PC V2.8.3)
