Refactor our library NT interface so we don't have to create a publisher and a subscriber for everything and all that nonsense.

As opposed to what? Each publisher and subscriber is critical for allowing robot-side control.

I agree. My thinking is to create some sort of abstraction that means we don't need to create the publisher and subscriber each time, not to remove the publisher/subscriber model.

I should've been more clear in my writeup, but in my defense, it's christmas and I'm tired.
