Object Detection support in sim

This is highkey a pipe dream but if we end up doing something with CPU object detection we could do object detection sim which would be cool.

NGL should be pretty easy, we just gotta JNI our way into generic tflite (which is on my bucket list). atp, we can just use a CPU tflite delegate and sail our merry way into sim-land.
