Signoz integration

Hello @tlvenn … and thank you so much for the (very good) suggestion.
It is in my backlog but, to be honest, as SigNoz uses mainly OTLP it makes sense to wait for a DecaLog version which is otlp-native (and that's not the case for now).
So, yes, it will be in DecaLog, but Decalog 5.
