[Feature]: Generate well-formed serialized FOAF files as needed

Objective

Given the minimally-required input information needed to fulfill the FOAF schema, serialize a knowledge graph to a Friend of a Friend (FOAF) serialized output file in RDF/XML suitable for publication to the internets.

Key Results

• At least a minimal FOAF file serialized in RDF/XML format
• Error messages, warnings, or other helpful feedback in the event a correct FOAF file cannot be serialized based on the knowledge graph as constructed
• Support for serialization to alternate formats for intermediate processing, etc
