Feeds lost during transportation / Feeds not saved

I use the portable version from Portable Apps under Windows 10 / 11.

1. In copying the programme folder from Window 10 PC to external harddrive and from there to new Windows 11 PC, the feeds I had under Windows 10 got lost.

2. Yesterday I added a new feed (https://www.srf.ch/audio/fiori-musicali) under Windows 11 which was lost overnight (when the programme started it was in newstate again). Not sure whether I oversaw a "save"-button or anything like that? But since I have been using the programme previously I somehow doubt that.

Settings are not saved either. It starts with window and closes on clicking the cross, even though I have already checked several times that it starts minimized and stes itself in the tray on clicking the cross. Does anybody know an WORKING feed notifier for Windows PCs (no browser addons and no full size mail client, plaese).

I just found that it doesn't even save older feeds. It retrieves new feeds and overwrites older feeds, what a shame!!!!
