enhancement: integration with graphql-config package

I think it would be nice if package used `graphqlrc.js` or any equivalent for configuration if [graphql-config](https://github.com/kamilkisiela/graphql-config) package is added to the project. I am willing to do a PR if you think it is a good idea.
