Mongoid with machinist

Should machinist_mongo be added?
Currently spec/support/blueprints.rb is requiring machinist/active_record.

Yes, good idea. I use Mongoid but I don't use machinist and the contributor who added the machinist recipe doesn't use Mongoid so we missed the machinist_mongo angle. You are welcome to contribute the code with a pull request (or just a note here). Or I can add it to the to-do list.
