Questions about .lay/.kwd config files #216

Hi, just tried GreenPad (GPad64 1.23 Unicode) with W7.
Great app and small footprint, but
- when setting colors : RGB seems to mean BGR
- cc and cn are interverted
- flags to enable/disable keyword in quotation not working
- how to force open in LTN1(1252) instead of SJIS(932) without command line option -c ?
